What forms of payment do you accept?
You may order online with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or PayPal. Your PayPal account can debit either a credit card or checking account.
We also accept payment by cashier’s check or money order. Payment will need to be received before we can ship your order. Please call us prior to sending payment so we can be certain the amount is correct.

Who do you use for shipping and what are your shipping charges?
We use FedEx, UPS and the US Postal Service.
Are there any discounts on shipping?
Because of the volume of shipping we do, we have special pricing with FedEx and UPS. Occasionally, we’ll offer a ‘Free Shipping’ promo on multiple product orders. We also offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150!
How long does it take for me to get my order?
All SoZo Product orders ship out of Cincinnati, OH. Orders ship within three business days of being placed. Delivery times range from one to five days and depend on location, time, and day of the week the order is placed. Delivery can take up to seven days for an order to reach the West Coast.
UPS delivers Monday through Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.Next day shipping orders placed before 1 p.m. Eastern time will deliver the following day (unless ordered on a Friday). Orders placed after 2 p.m. may not ship until the following day and be delivered the day after. Orders made after 2 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
UPS delivers until 7:00 p.m. local time. Some areas receive later deliveries. The tracking number and information is included in your order confirmation email.
Expedited shipping options may not be available in some rural areas. We will contact you by telephone or email if there is an issue with your request.
ALL aerosol can orders MUST be shipped via ground.

Is there anyway for me to get free shipping on my orders?
Yes, two ways. Order $150 or more in a single order, or sign up for our Auto Order Program. As a member, you’ll receive automatic monthly shipments of the products you love! All orders that are shipped using the Auto Order Program include free shipping. A credit card will have to be on file in your ‘MY ACCOUNT’ profile to participate in the Auto Order Program
